I have undergone training to expand my knowledge to help understand sleep for infants 0-18 months old. I can come and support families to meet their individual needs. Some parents may need help after the birth of their baby, this could be due to mother having a C-section, a traumatic birth experience and is having difficulty with the night feeds or an additional sibling. There may be other concerns for older babies or a baby that is not settling into a night-time routine which means parents maybe facing sleep deprivation,
