1:1 Sleep consultation in your own home to tackle ongoing sleep issues and to discuss different strategies to improve your child’s sleep using a gentle approach.

Prior to the visit I will email you an in-depth questionnaire and sleep diary, I will require the forms to be returned at least 3 days prior to our call, I will then analyse the forms and together we will discuss my findings.

We will discuss your child’s current sleep pattern, I will look at their sleep environment, emotional and development stages and begin with some strategies to try straight away based on these findings.

I will then create your in depth, bespoke routine and sleep plan.

This is then followed by 1 week of ongoing support over email or WhatsApp.

 All relevant sleep strategy information sheets and detailed sleep plan will be emailed to you within 3 working days after your consultation.
